GENERAL TERMS

The products offered by the vendor must meet at least one of the following sensitivities:

– Organic
– Cruelty-Free/Vegan
– Free Range
– Recycle
– Fair Trade
– Artisanal

The HappyLyfe team will set up the online shop on our platform to avoid any errors.
3. The HappyLyfe team will also help the vendors add new products.
4. Once the shop is set up and the products are added, the vendor can manage the store. They can

– check the order
– edit product pictures
– edit shipping information
– edit payment page etc.
– Shipping Cost (If delivered by vendor)
– Payment information
– Store information and biography.

Edit existing products: When the vendor edits an existing product, the product listing will be offline until the HappyLyfe team reviews and approves it. The process can take up to 1 working day.
6. HappyLyfe will be responsible for marketing to help increase sales for the vendors’ stores.
7. Shipping costs: Customers will pay for the shipping. However, if the vendor can offer a lower shipping cost, it will motivate customers to order more frequently.
8. Supplier must ensure that the price of the product on HappyLyfe is the same as on their own platforms (shop /Facebook, Instagram, LINE etc.).
9. Product order: When an order is placed by the customer, the vendor will be notified of the new order through email. After the vendor has delivered the order, they have to update the order on the HappyLyfe platform from “Processing” to “Delivered”. Only after the order is changed to “delivered”, the payment will be available on the Payment page.
10. Product Warranty: Supplier must clearly mention the product guarantee and/or “best before” time range for all the products. This information should be added to the product information section on the HappyLyfe platform.
11. Product Damage: The vendor is responsible for the quality of the products. If:

– the product or packaging is found to be damaged or defective
– there was a force majeure in the transportation of goods
– the product does not meet the quality
– the delivered product does not match the purchase order

the vendor must accept the return of the merchandise and deliver the right, undamaged product within 5 working days (after the notification from HappyLyfe). If any costs arise in this situation, the vendor must be responsible for them.
12. The vendor must agree to not sell illegal products on HappyLyfe’ s platform.
13. The terms and conditions above will be available on the vendor interface on HappyLyfe’s platform. The vendor must accept these terms to sell their products and manage the online shop on HappyLyfe.

RETURN & REFUND

If the product is not delivered within 5 working days OR 7 days in total (including Sat/Sun and official holidays) from the date of order, then the customer is eligible for a refund. The vendor should accept the return request from the customer.

COPYRIGHTS

We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement on our platform. The vendor must take responsibility of the use of any material, images, videos, content etc. for their products and shop.

PAYMENT, WITHDRAWAL & COMMISSION

Payment: The vendor will send an invoice for any sold products, including the product cost and shipping cost. HappyLyfe will transfer the amount after deducting the commission on the product cost. The shipping cost (If set by the vendor) will be remitted in full (no commission is charged on shipping cost).

Once the order is delivered and the order stated is set as completed, the payment request can be submitted in the system, the payment will be made the following Tue / Wed. The weekly payment withdrawal is subject to change to bi-monthly or monthly withdrawals. in that scenario, the vendor will be notified of the change in advance.

With effect from Sep’23, the system is migrated towards auto withdrawal which means all the orders with order status completed will automatically be sent for withdrawal at the end of the month. The payment will be released in the first week of the following month.

HappyLyfe commission: HappyLyfe charges 30% commission.
