PrimalBasics started with one simple realization:

A few years ago, I hit a turning point. I lost over 100 pounds, rebuilt my strength, and reclaimed my health — not with shortcuts, but with consistency, movement, real food, and better habits.
And that journey made me radically more aware of what I was putting in and on my body. I started reading labels, researching ingredients, and removing anything that didn’t align with the way I now lived.
But here’s the problem: I couldn’t find personal care products in Thailand that matched that standard.
Most were full of synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, or hormone-disrupting ingredients — packaged in plastic and marketed as “natural.” I wanted something better — and when I couldn’t find it, I created it.
